### sec.59 Recovering cost of advice or services
This section applies if, in making an assessment under this part about a prescribed decision or prescribed process, the authority obtains from another entity advice or services the authority considers necessary to make the assessment.
The authority may recover from the applicant for the prescribed decision or process as a debt the reasonable cost of obtaining the advice or services.
