### sec.46 Relationship with the City of Brisbane Act 2010 or the Local Government Act 2009 The declaration of a declared project or an area as a reconstruction area does not affect— the operation of the City of Brisbane Act 2010 or the Local Government Act 2009 in relation to land the subject of the declared project or land in the reconstruction area; or the area of the relevant local government; or the jurisdiction, under the Acts , of the relevant local government. However, the performance of the relevant local government’s functions or the exercise of its powers under the Acts in relation to land the subject of the declared project or land in the reconstruction area is subject to the authority’s functions or powers under this Act.
