### sec.140 Existing particular development applications
This section applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 79.
The pre-amended Act continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
In this section—
existing development application means a development application made under the repealed Planning Act, to which the Planning Act, section 288 applies.
pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.

(sec.140-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 79.
