### sec.123 Other evidentiary aids
In a proceeding, a certificate purporting to be that of the chief executive officer stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
a stated document is an appointment or notice made or given under this Act;
a stated document is a document given to the authority or chief executive officer;
a stated document is a copy of a document mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) .
A statement in a complaint for an offence against this Act that the matter of the complaint came to the complainant’s knowledge on a stated day is evidence of when the matter came to the complainant’s knowledge.
