### sec.104 Application of other provisions of the State Development Act about the taking of land The State Development Act , sections 130 , 132 and 133 apply in relation to the taking of land by the authority under this division as if— the references in the sections to the Coordinator-General were references to the authority; and the reference in section 130 (1) of that Act to the proclamation were a reference to the instrument; and the references in sections 130 and 133 of that Act to ‘this Act’ were references to ‘the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ’. - (a) the references in the sections to the Coordinator-General were references to the authority; and - (b) the reference in section 130 (1) of that Act to the proclamation were a reference to the instrument; and - (c) the references in sections 130 and 133 of that Act to ‘this Act’ were references to ‘the Queensland Reconstruction Authority Act 2011 ’.
