### sec.28 Grounds for termination of appointment The Premier may terminate the appointment of a member only if the Premier is satisfied the member— has been guilty of misconduct; or is incapable of performing the member’s duties; or has neglected the member’s duties or has performed them incompetently. - (a) has been guilty of misconduct; or - (b) is incapable of performing the member’s duties; or - (c) has neglected the member’s duties or has performed them incompetently.
