### sec.25 Conditions of appointment A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Premier. A member holds office on the terms and conditions, not provided for by this Act, decided by the Premier. (sec.25-ssec.1) A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Premier.
