### sec.7 Role of members The role of the members includes the following— being responsible for the trust’s management; ensuring, as far as possible, the trust achieves, and acts in accordance with, its strategic and operational plans; accounting to the Minister for the trust’s performance; ensuring the trust otherwise performs its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way. s 7 ins 1997 No. 79 s 53 - (a) being responsible for the trust’s management; - (b) ensuring, as far as possible, the trust achieves, and acts in accordance with, its strategic and operational plans; - (c) accounting to the Minister for the trust’s performance; - (d) ensuring the trust otherwise performs its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way.
