### sec.52 Trust to keep Minister informed
The trust must—
keep the Minister reasonably informed of the trust’s operations including its financial and operational performance and the achievement of its goals; and
give to the Minister reports and information that the Minister requires to enable the Minister to make informed assessments of matters mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and
if matters arise that in the trust’s opinion may prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of its goals under its strategic plan or significantly affect its performance in delivering the outputs under its operational plan—immediately inform the Minister of the matters and its opinion about them.
Subsection (1) does not limit the matters of which the trust is required to keep the Minister informed, or limit the reports or information that the trust is required, or may be required, to give to the Minister, by another Act.

(sec.52-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the matters of which the trust is required to keep the Minister informed, or limit the reports or information that the trust is required, or may be required, to give to the Minister, by another Act.
- (a) keep the Minister reasonably informed of the trust’s operations including its financial and operational performance and the achievement of its goals; and
- (b) give to the Minister reports and information that the Minister requires to enable the Minister to make informed assessments of matters mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and
- (c) if matters arise that in the trust’s opinion may prevent, or significantly affect, achievement of its goals under its strategic plan or significantly affect its performance in delivering the outputs under its operational plan—immediately inform the Minister of the matters and its opinion about them.
