### sec.20 Trust must give notice of public auction
Before the trust sells any property under section 18 or 19 it must first publish a notice in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State.
The notice must—
identify the property; and
state the property is to be sold by auction; and
state how the person entitled to the property may recover it before the auction; and
state the time and place of the auction.

(sec.20-ssec.1) Before the trust sells any property under section 18 or 19 it must first publish a notice in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State.
