### sec.54 Commission’s guidelines The commission may make guidelines (each a commission guideline ), consistent with this Act, to provide guidance to persons about matters relating to the operation of the Act or the commission. A commission guideline may be amended or replaced by a later guideline made under this section. The commission must— give a copy of a commission guideline to a person on request; and keep a copy of each guideline on the commission’s website.
