### sec.42 Conduct of business by council
The council may conduct its business, including its meetings, in the way the chair of the council considers appropriate.
However, the chair must consult with the commissioner before deciding the way the council is to conduct its meetings.
The Minister may direct the council about the conduct of its business, including its meetings.
The commissioner is to attend all meetings of the council, unless excused by the chair.
