### sec.32 Agency must respond to commission’s recommendation
This section applies if the commission makes a recommendation in an ordinary report that relates to a relevant agency.
The agency must respond to the commission in writing within a reasonable period—
detailing the steps it has taken, or plans to take, in relation to the recommendation; or
advising that it has decided not to take any action in relation to the recommendation.
If subsection (2) (b) applies, the agency must provide the commission with the reasons for its decision.
(sec.32-ssec.1) This section applies if the commission makes a recommendation in an ordinary report that relates to a relevant agency.
(sec.32-ssec.2) The agency must respond to the commission in writing within a reasonable period— detailing the steps it has taken, or plans to take, in relation to the recommendation; or advising that it has decided not to take any action in relation to the recommendation.
