### sec.15 Commissioner
The commission is to have a Mental Health Commissioner.
The commissioner is appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister.
The Minister may recommend a person for appointment only if the Minister is satisfied the person has the skills, knowledge, experience and public standing required to exercise the commission’s functions effectively and efficiently.
(sec.15-ssec.1) The commission is to have a Mental Health Commissioner.
