### sec.12 Commission’s powers
The commission has all the powers of an individual, and may, for example—
enter into contracts; and
acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; and
appoint agents and attorneys; and
engage consultants or contractors; and
do anything else necessary or convenient to be done in the performance of its functions.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the commission has the powers given to it under this Act or another Act.

(sec.12-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the commission has the powers given to it under this Act or another Act.
- (a) enter into contracts; and
- (b) acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; and
- (c) appoint agents and attorneys; and
- (d) engage consultants or contractors; and
- (e) do anything else necessary or convenient to be done in the performance of its functions.
