### sec.43 Notice of trusts not to be received Unless the Corporation otherwise expressly agrees in a particular case, the Corporation and persons acting on its behalf— are not to receive and are to be taken to have not received notice of any trust (express, implied or constructive) in relation to any contract entered into by the Corporation; and is not bound to see to the execution of any trust that may affect any such contract. - (a) are not to receive and are to be taken to have not received notice of any trust (express, implied or constructive) in relation to any contract entered into by the Corporation; and - (b) is not bound to see to the execution of any trust that may affect any such contract.
