### sec.3 Definitions In this Act— assets means any legal or equitable right, title, estate or interest (whether present or future and whether vested or contingent) in real or personal property of any description and includes, without limitation, money, liquidated and unliquidated claims, securities, choses in action and documents, instruments or other mercantile indicia or tokens of title. bank includes an entity that carries on banking business outside Australia and is approved by the Treasurer. s 3 def “bank” sub 1997 No. 17 s 32 benefit means a financial or other benefit, and includes a benefit that does not involve the payment of cash. s 3 def benefit ins 1994 No. 38 s 4 (2) board means the Corporation’s board of directors. s 3 def board sub 1994 No. 38 s 4 chairperson ... s 3 def chairperson om 1994 No. 38 s 4 (1) chief executive officer means the chief executive officer of the Corporation. contracts includes deeds, covenants, contracts, agreements, arrangements and undertakings.
