### sec.3 Interpretation In this Act— agreement means the agreement (as subsequently amended) between the State of Queensland and Iwasaki Sangyo Co. (Aust.) Pty. Ltd. the execution of which was authorised by the Queensland International Tourist Centre Agreement Act 1978 . commissioner means the Commissioner of Water Resources appointed within the meaning of the Water Resources Administration Act 1978 . company means Iwasaki Sangyo Co. (Aust.) Pty. Ltd.
