### sec.22 Orders in council
The Governor in Council may from time to time make all such orders in council as the Governor in Council thinks fit for the further or more effectually or particularly carrying out the objects and purposes of this Act and for curing irregularities.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 28A shall apply with respect to orders in council made under this section and, for the purposes of such application that section shall be read and construed as if references to regulations were references to orders in council made under this section.
