### sec.12 Termination of special leases
Special leases 43968 and 43969 granted to the company under the provisions of the Land Act 1962 are hereby terminated and the land subject to those special leases shall be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1962 and all improvements on such land including any building, structure, road construction or other construction shall be deemed to be the property of the Crown.
No action or claim, whether for damages or compensation for loss or injury or otherwise, shall be brought in any court of law against the State or any person or body in relation to the termination of the special leases or the vesting of any improvements on the land, the subject of those leases, in the Crown in accordance with this section.
