### sec.32 Validity of decisions A decision of a subcommittee established under section 31 is not invalid only because— there is a vacancy in the membership of the subcommittee; or there is a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a member of the subcommittee. - (a) there is a vacancy in the membership of the subcommittee; or - (b) there is a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a member of the subcommittee.
