### sec.27 Validity of decisions A decision of the council is not invalid only because— there is a vacancy in the membership of the council; or there is a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a council member. - (a) there is a vacancy in the membership of the council; or - (b) there is a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a council member.
