### sec.18 Building Queensland and its board On the commencement— Building Queensland and its board are abolished; and each member of the board goes out of office. No compensation is payable to a person because of subsection (1)(b). To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect a person’s right to a benefit or entitlement that had accrued before the commencement. s 18 ins 2021 No. 12 s 156 (sec.18-ssec.1) On the commencement— Building Queensland and its board are abolished; and each member of the board goes out of office.
