### sec.74 Determination about salary entitlements in response to particular decision before commencement This section applies if a public service salary decision was made on or after the introduction day and before the day this section commences. The tribunal must make a determination about members’ salary entitlements under section 31A as if the public service salary decision were made on the day this section commences. In this section— introduction day means the day on which the Bill for the Parliament of Queensland and Other Acts Amendment Act 2015 was introduced into the Assembly. s 74 ins 2015 No. 3 s 33 (sec.74-ssec.1) This section applies if a public service salary decision was made on or after the introduction day and before the day this section commences.
