### sec.63 Purpose of div 2 The purpose of this division is to— affirm the remuneration paid in connection with members of the Assembly between 1 September 2009 and 30 June 2013; and stop the effect of changes to remuneration from 1 July 2013 and, until the first determination is made, return remuneration in connection with members to the 30 June 2013 rates; and apply the first determination from 1 July 2013, and recover any overpayments since that date. - (a) affirm the remuneration paid in connection with members of the Assembly between 1 September 2009 and 30 June 2013; and - (b) stop the effect of changes to remuneration from 1 July 2013 and, until the first determination is made, return remuneration in connection with members to the 30 June 2013 rates; and - (c) apply the first determination from 1 July 2013, and recover any overpayments since that date.
