### sec.33 Effect of determination If the tribunal makes a remuneration determination, a member or former member is entitled to the remuneration decided by the tribunal under the determination. If the tribunal makes an additional staff member determination, a cross bench member is entitled to the additional staff members, decided by the tribunal for the member, under the determination.
