### sec.16 Disclosure of changes in criminal history
If there is a change in the criminal history of a tribunal member, the member must, unless the member has a reasonable excuse, immediately disclose the change to the Minister.
To comply with subsection (1) , the information disclosed about a conviction for an offence in the tribunal member’s criminal history must include the following—
the existence of the conviction;
when the offence was committed;
enough details to identify the offence;
whether or not a conviction was recorded;
the sentence imposed on the member.
(sec.16-ssec.1) If there is a change in the criminal history of a tribunal member, the member must, unless the member has a reasonable excuse, immediately disclose the change to the Minister.
(sec.16-ssec.2) To comply with subsection (1) , the information disclosed about a conviction for an offence in the tribunal member’s criminal history must include the following— the existence of the conviction; when the offence was committed; enough details to identify the offence; whether or not a conviction was recorded; the sentence imposed on the member.
