### sec.85 Report to chief executive about repair and maintenance notice This section applies if the chief executive officer of a local government has given the owner of a local heritage place a repair and maintenance notice under section 84 in a financial year. The chief executive officer must give the chief executive a notice stating the following before 1 August in the next financial year— that it gave the repair and maintenance notice to the owner; whether the owner complied with the notice. s 85 ins 2007 No. 50 s 29 sub 2014 No. 61 s 46 (sec.85-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive officer of a local government has given the owner of a local heritage place a repair and maintenance notice under section 84 in a financial year. (sec.85-ssec.2) The chief executive officer must give the chief executive a notice stating the following before 1 August in the next financial year— that it gave the repair and maintenance notice to the owner; whether the owner complied with the notice. - (a) that it gave the repair and maintenance notice to the owner; - (b) whether the owner complied with the notice.
