### sec.82 Enforcement of heritage agreement or local heritage agreement—Planning and Environment Court order
If—
a person fails to comply with a heritage agreement or local heritage agreement; or
there is reason to believe that a party to the agreement may fail to comply with the agreement;
any party to the agreement may apply to the Planning and Environment Court for an order under this section.
The court may make such orders as may be necessary to secure compliance with the agreement, remedy the default or deal with any related or incidental matters.

(sec.82-ssec.1) If— a person fails to comply with a heritage agreement or local heritage agreement; or there is reason to believe that a party to the agreement may fail to comply with the agreement; any party to the agreement may apply to the Planning and Environment Court for an order under this section.
