### sec.76 Compliance with conditions of exemption certificate A person who carries out, on a heritage place, development for which an exemption certificate has been given under this division, must not contravene a condition of the certificate. Maximum penalty— for an exemption certificate given by the chief executive—1,000 penalty units; or for an exemption certificate given by the chief executive officer of a local government—100 penalty units. s 76 sub 2003 No. 32 s 14 amd 2005 No. 53 s 149 sub 2007 No. 50 s 25 amd 2011 No. 6 s 142 sch ; 2014 No. 61 s 41 - (a) for an exemption certificate given by the chief executive—1,000 penalty units; or - (b) for an exemption certificate given by the chief executive officer of a local government—100 penalty units.
