### sec.71A Definitions for div 2 In this division— decision-maker means— for a Queensland heritage place—the chief executive; or for a local heritage place—the chief executive officer of the local government for the local government area in which the place is situated. heritage place means a Queensland heritage place or local heritage place. s 71A ins 2014 No. 61 s 36 - (a) for a Queensland heritage place—the chief executive; or - (b) for a local heritage place—the chief executive officer of the local government for the local government area in which the place is situated.
