### sec.56 Notice of decision under s 55
If the council is taken to have made a decision under section 55 in relation to an application, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after the day the decision is taken to have been made, give notice of the decision to—
the applicant; and
if the applicant is not the owner of the place the subject of the application—the owner.
The notice given under subsection (1) to the applicant must be accompanied by an information notice about the decision.

(sec.56-ssec.1) If the council is taken to have made a decision under section 55 in relation to an application, the chief executive must, as soon as practicable after the day the decision is taken to have been made, give notice of the decision to— the applicant; and if the applicant is not the owner of the place the subject of the application—the owner.
(sec.56-ssec.2) The notice given under subsection (1) to the applicant must be accompanied by an information notice about the decision.
- (a) the applicant; and
- (b) if the applicant is not the owner of the place the subject of the application—the owner.
