### sec.45 Further consideration of application
This section applies if the chief executive considers more time is needed to make a heritage recommendation for an application because of the matters that need to be considered in relation to the application.
The chief executive may at any time before 80 business days after receipt of the application, give notice to the applicant, and the owner of the place the subject of the application if the owner is not the applicant, that—
because of the matters that need to be considered in relation to the application, the chief executive needs more time to make a heritage recommendation for the application; and
The chief executive might need more time to consider an application because of the remote location of the place the subject of the application.
the period within which the chief executive must make the heritage recommendation is extended to a day that is 120 business days after receipt of the application.

(sec.45-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive considers more time is needed to make a heritage recommendation for an application because of the matters that need to be considered in relation to the application.
