### sec.29 Annual report
The council must, by 31 October in each year, give the Minister a written report on the administration of this Act during the financial year that ended on 30 June in the year.
The report must include—
information, required by the Minister, relating to the performance of the council’s functions under this Act; and
information about the timeliness of the council’s dealings with applications under part 4 , division 5 ; and
a statement about the measures the council considers necessary to conserve Queensland’s cultural heritage.
As soon as practicable, but within 14 sitting days after receiving the report, the Minister must table the report in the Legislative Assembly.
