### sec.24 Minutes The council must keep— minutes of its meetings; and a record of any resolutions made under section 23 (6) . Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a council meeting. If asked by a member who voted against the passing of the resolution, the council must record in the minutes of the meeting that the member voted against the resolution. s 24 ins 2003 No. 32 s 6 (sec.24-ssec.1) The council must keep— minutes of its meetings; and a record of any resolutions made under section 23 (6) .
