### sec.193 Provision about particular heritage agreements
This section applies to a heritage agreement that—
was entered into under the pre-amended Act; and
is in force on the commencement.
A record kept by the registrar of titles, under section 52(2) of the pre-amended Act, of a notification about the heritage agreement—
must be kept in a way mentioned in section 174(4); and
for the purposes of section 174(5) to (7)—is taken to be a record of the agreement under that section.

(sec.193-ssec.1) This section applies to a heritage agreement that— was entered into under the pre-amended Act; and is in force on the commencement.
(sec.193-ssec.2) A record kept by the registrar of titles, under section 52(2) of the pre-amended Act, of a notification about the heritage agreement— must be kept in a way mentioned in section 174(4); and for the purposes of section 174(5) to (7)—is taken to be a record of the agreement under that section.
