### sec.191 Application under s 46
This section applies to an application for an exemption certificate made under section 46 of the pre-amended Act and not decided before the commencement.
The application is taken to have been made to the chief executive under section 72 of the post-amended Act.
The chief executive must deal with the application under the post-amended Act.
For sections 73(4) and 74(1) of the post-amended Act, the application is taken to have been received by the chief executive on the commencement.
