### sec.163 Starting appeal An appeal must be started within 20 business days after— if the person has been given an information notice about the decision—the day the person is given the notice; or if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision. s 163 ins 2007 No. 50 s 36 - (a) if the person has been given an information notice about the decision—the day the person is given the notice; or - (b) if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision.
