### sec.130 When authorised person ceases to hold office An authorised person ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the authorised person ceases to hold office; the authorised person’s resignation under section 131 takes effect. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an authorised person may cease to hold office.
