### sec.120 Notice of decision If a local government decides to enter a place in, or remove a place from, its local heritage register, the local government must, within 10 business days after making the decision, give notice of the decision and the reasons for it to— the owner of the place; and any other person or entity, if the person or entity gave the local government a submission under section 117 about the proposal to enter or remove the place. s 120 ins 2007 No. 50 s 34 - (a) the owner of the place; and - (b) any other person or entity, if the person or entity gave the local government a submission under section 117 about the proposal to enter or remove the place.
