### sec.113 Form and availability of local heritage register
A local government may keep its local heritage register in the form, including electronic form, it considers appropriate.
A local government must ensure its local heritage register, or a copy of its local heritage register, is available for inspection during business hours, free of charge, at the local government’s public office.
