### sec.112A Chief executive may recommend place becomes a local heritage place
This section applies if the chief executive is satisfied a place is of cultural heritage significance for a local government area.
The chief executive may, by notice given to the local government for the area, recommend the local government take the action mentioned in section 112 the local government considers appropriate to conserve the cultural heritage significance of the place.
The notice must include—
enough information to identify the location and boundaries of the place; and
a statement about the cultural heritage significance of the place; and
information to support the statement.

(sec.112A-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive is satisfied a place is of cultural heritage significance for a local government area.
