### sec.112 Local government to identify places in planning scheme or local heritage register A local government must identify places in its local government area that are of cultural heritage significance for the area— in its planning scheme; or in a register (a local heritage register ) kept by the local government. s 112 ins 2007 No. 50 s 34 sub 2014 No. 61 s 56 amd 2016 No. 27 s 384 - (a) in its planning scheme; or - (b) in a register (a local heritage register ) kept by the local government.
