### sec.105 Applying for permit to enter a protected area
A person may apply for a permit to enter a protected area.
The application must be—
made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
supported by the written consent of the owner of the land to be entered within the protected area; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.

(sec.105-ssec.1) A person may apply for a permit to enter a protected area.
(sec.105-ssec.2) The application must be— made to the chief executive in the approved form; and supported by enough information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and supported by the written consent of the owner of the land to be entered within the protected area; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
