### sec.49 Application of s 11 Section 11 applies to a fee or charge that becomes payable under a titles registry Act or an agreement after the commencement even if— the matter for which the fee or charge becomes payable happened before the commencement; and for a fee or charge payable under an agreement mentioned in section 11(1)(b)—the agreement was entered into before the commencement. - (a) the matter for which the fee or charge becomes payable happened before the commencement; and - (b) for a fee or charge payable under an agreement mentioned in section 11(1)(b)—the agreement was entered into before the commencement.
