### sec.37 Costs of administration If an administrator is appointed under section 34 , the costs of the administrator performing the administrator’s functions under this division are payable by the operator. The costs mentioned in subsection (1) include— the administrator’s remuneration at a rate decided by the Minister administering the Land Title Act 1994 ; and costs reasonably incurred by the administrator in performing the operator’s functions under section 8 (1) . The State may recover the costs mentioned in subsection (1) that are unpaid by the operator as a debt. (sec.37-ssec.1) If an administrator is appointed under section 34 , the costs of the administrator performing the administrator’s functions under this division are payable by the operator.
