### sec.25 Transfer of eligible employees to operator On the commencement— an eligible employee becomes an employee of the operator; and the eligible employee stops being employed as a public service employee; and the records of the land registry, to the extent they relate to the employment of the eligible employee, become records of the operator. - (a) an eligible employee becomes an employee of the operator; and - (b) the eligible employee stops being employed as a public service employee; and - (c) the records of the land registry, to the extent they relate to the employment of the eligible employee, become records of the operator.
