### sec.10 Register of subdelegations by operator The operator must keep a register of subdelegations by the operator of a titles registry function delegated to the operator under a titles registry Act. The register of subdelegations must include the following information for each subdelegation— the name of the person, or the title of the office of the person, to whom the titles registry function is subdelegated; a description of the titles registry function subdelegated and any conditions to which the subdelegation is subject. The operator may— include any other information in the register of subdelegations the operator considers appropriate; and keep the register in the form the operator considers appropriate. The operator must make the register of subdelegations available for inspection on request by an official. (sec.10-ssec.1) The operator must keep a register of subdelegations by the operator of a titles registry function delegated to the operator under a titles registry Act.
