### sec.25 Annual report
The commissioner must prepare and give to the Minister, within 3 months after the end of each financial year, a report on the functions performed by the commissioner during the financial year.
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving the report.
