### sec.95 Effect of expiry or revocation of declaration The expiry of a declaration, or the revocation of a declaration of a service or part of a service, does not affect— the mediation or arbitration of an access dispute for which an access dispute notice was given before the expiry or revocation; or the operation or enforcement of an access determination made in the arbitration of an access dispute for which an access dispute notice was given before the expiry or revocation; or the operation of an access agreement, or a right acquired, or liability incurred, under an access agreement, that was entered into before the expiry or revocation. s 95 amd 2000 No. 15 s 23 ; 2010 No. 32 s 39 - (a) the mediation or arbitration of an access dispute for which an access dispute notice was given before the expiry or revocation; or - (b) the operation or enforcement of an access determination made in the arbitration of an access dispute for which an access dispute notice was given before the expiry or revocation; or - (c) the operation of an access agreement, or a right acquired, or liability incurred, under an access agreement, that was entered into before the expiry or revocation.
